S & J Lafayette Grand Bakery

S&J celebrated their love with an intimate ceremony and reception at one of NoHo’s most beloved landmarks, Lafayette Grand Bakery. The day began at The Chelsea Hotel, where the couple got ready and shared a few quiet moments together before capturing portraits in the hotel’s classic bar and lounge.

They exchanged vows in Lafayette’s antique wine cellar, surrounded by their closest friends and family as The Gallants filled the space with smooth jazz. Romantic florals and moody candlelight by Jura Florals transformed the cellar into a warm, timeless setting.

Following the ceremony, guests were welcomed upstairs for cocktails and light bites in the bakery, where the band kept the atmosphere lively and full of charm. Dinner was hosted in the restaurant’s main dining room, where guests gathered around Lafayette’s signature brown leather booths for a cozy, elegant meal.

After dinner, everyone returned to the wine cellar—now reimagined as a glowing dance floor complete with a draped DJ booth and disco balls. The bride changed into a custom-tailored Reformation two-piece, and the couple shared a sweet moment cutting a heart-shaped cake crafted by Lafayette’s own bakery.

As the night came to a close, guests departed with Lafayette’s iconic chocolate and pistachio supremes, accompanied by a heartfelt note of gratitude from S&J—a perfect ending to a celebration filled with warmth, style, and sentiment.
