N & C The TWA Hotel

Nicole and Charles celebrated their love story at the iconic TWA Hotel, embracing every detail of the venue’s timeless 1960s glamour. The Day began with Nicole and her bridesmaids playfully capturing photos in the TWA hotels vintage salon. The Ceremony began with an intimate ceremony in the hotel’s striking Chili Pepper Red Sunken Lounge, where custom florals by Jura were styled in vintage-inspired handbags for the bride and her bridesmaids — each one as chic as it was personal.

Following “I do,” guests were treated to light refreshments at a cocktail hour infused with mid-century charm. The bar featured a nostalgic touch — a retro television overflowing with florals — setting the tone for a reception that was as playful as it was stylish. Guests could pick retro albums for their home record players. Dinner was served with paper airplane menus, and tables were adorned with bespoke floral arrangements. The stage was decorated with intentional florals tucked inside thrifted vintage suitcases, a nod to the golden age of travel.

As the night came to a close, Nicole and Charles cut into an eight-foot-long ladyfinger and raspberry cake before changing into their pilot and flight attendant ensembles. The celebration continued aboard the hotel’s crown jewel — the Lockheed Constellation L-1649A, lovingly known as Connie — where guests danced the night away in true jet-set style.

The day was captured digitally and on film by Amanda Crommett
